get data from office 365 contacts

Hello,

I would like to get an updated staff list as a data source.

I was wondering that connecting to Office 365 People contacts list would be great.

Would be that using a Sharepoint List? It does not accept my credentials, for some reason.

Hi @jagostinhoCT,

Currently, there is no OOTB data source type for us to connect to Office 365 People contacts directly. For your requirement, you can submit an idea in Power BI Idea forum.

But in Power BI Desktop, we can get data from the SharePoint Online list. You can try to export data from People contacts to a SharePoint list or other files like .csv then connect to exported data file. For this work around, I would suggest you post a thread to get support from Office 365 side at this link: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice.
