gantt chart Date error

Hi Everyone,

I'm new in power bi and have some problems with the date in the Gantt, specialy in the month of the star and end of every task, it shows like "19-00-2018". I already try with the format of the date but nothing change.

Thanks for your help

@lfvc1984

In your scenario, you should firstly change data type of the date columns correctly in Query Editor of Power BI Desktop. Please check the attached PBIX file for more details.

Please could I get some help on this

I have a table with the date field format correctly displaying with dd-MMM-yyyy (18-Sep-2020).

I want to use the date field in a Gantt chart, as a 'Resource'.  So that the date is displayed adjacent to the milestone shown on the Gantt chart

The Gantt chart is showing the date field totally incorrect, in what looks to be UTC format - how do I fix this?

"Tooltip settings" is the only place where you can specify Date format, and that correctly works for the Tooltip, but I'm talking about the actual "Resource" not the Tooltip.  To confirm, the table is displaying the date format correctly.

See picture below for the problem
