I calculate the frequency of each subprodduct in the fact table

Fréquence = calculate(count(Propre[EPCs]) , REMOVEFILTERS ( 'DimDate' ),FILTER(Propre,Propre[Statut]<>"PROPRE" ))

The minimum frquency is 1, but I'd like to get those without any frequency
