I have two tables with a many to many relationship. I'm using a slicer visual and wanting to see if there is a way that I could display the "first" or "Last" value from the table as we can with other visuals?
I'm not sure I get the question correctly. In general the slicers are used to display multiple values and enable filtering of these values that will affect other visuals. Both first & last return a single value so it seems contradictory to me. How would you expect first/last to work in the slicer?
@Stachu Looking to use something like this - trying to get the LOB filter to show the last entry....but only when I'm filtering by the employee filter....
I assume that LOB and Employee are not in the same column? should filter on employee limit possiblities for LOB (so first entry for this limited selection would be returned), or is it supposed to be overall first/last entry in that column?
@Stachu Hello,
Yes both are different columns. Id like to be able to select a team member, and then when I do, the LOB slicer would only show the last value in the LOB column. (hope that makes sense 🙂 )
