You could try MAXX:

```Sales Amount =
SUM( Table[Sales] )
Highest Yearly Sales =
MAXX ( VALUES ( Date[Year] ), [Sales Amount] )```
Hi @coollehavre,
You should use a measure like this:
```Max of sales =
CALCULATE (
MAXX (
ADDCOLUMNS ( ALL ( Table[Date].[Year] ); "Sales Max"; [Sales Total] );
[Sales Max]
)
)```

I'm assuming you have a Sales total measure that his the sum of sales,if not change that part by SUM(Table[Sales]).

If you want to have the sum of sales and on the total of that column the maximum use this other measure:

`Column total = IF(HASONEFILTER(Table1[Date].[Year]);[Sales Total];[Max of sales])`
