find if a series of value appears in another table

So i have 2 tables, the first one that is something like :

Projects:
ID

User in Charge

Sales notes associated

and the other table is the one with the sell notes, the thing is, a project can have more than one sell note associated, but a sell note can only have one project , they match via the ID of the sell note but the projects table stores them in one colum like this :

sales notes associated for project 1 : sell note 1, sell note 2 , sell note 3 ...

So i dont know how can i create a calculated column in the sell note table that indicates if its associated with a project.

Hi

The probabability of getting a solution from this forum is high if you post a sample data ( should be able to copy and edit) with expected result set along with the requirement .

Thanks
