find absent days

I have table which have column like this   these dates are employee's present day

to find the absent dates  , I want to find other dates that are not in this Date table ? 

How to acheieve this ?

Hi @usman96,

You need a date table with full of dates and column like this:

Column =
IF ( [Date] IN VALUES ( Table1[Column1] ), "Present", "Absent" )

You can use EXCEPT function in DAX to get the missing dates
