Hi, I want to create a card visual from value column, and I also create a status filter that once column status contain any one of A, B, C, the result of value should sumed, how to create the card visual that consider the relation of filter_status(A B C) and the value?

Maybe you can consider using CONTAINSSTRING to do that.
Measure =
CALCULATE (
SUM ( 'Table'[value] ),
FILTER (
'Table',
CONTAINSSTRING ( [status], SELECTEDVALUE ( 'ALL Status'[Status] ) )
)
)
Result:
Pbix in the end you can refer.
