filter issues with fiscal year/fiscal quarter kpi

Hi everyone, 

I have currently three filters, "Year, Quarter, Month". 

I also have 3 kpi boxes, "Current Month Revenue, Current Fiscal Quarter Revenue, Current Fiscal Year Revenue"

Currently if I choose 2019Q3 I see that the current month KPI is just one month of data (july- since our year end is oct), quarterly KPI box is just of data (q3) and current year is also just showing data for q3. Thus current fiscal quarter and current fiscal year revenues match. I would expect current fiscal year revenue to be sum of 3 quarters of data (Nov-July) is there a way to achieve this in DAX?

2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
