filter in Measure by matching two columns from different table's

Dear All ,

 

I have created a measure but l stucked to filter in a measure 

eg:Condition as 1.In INDEX table if mapping=PTP/OTC Timelines comes   then has to pick all the values in description and have to match with Task of data table.

2.then this filteres need to keep in measure level.

that should be the case with the relationship.

It would be better if the relationship was a "many to one (*: 1)" relationship that only filters in one (single) direction.

But it should work that way.

task should be equal to description based on mapping column on Measure

As I am New to Power BI, I am Unaware of logic. Bascically if Index[mapping]="PTP/OTC Timelines" then it has to pick all values from index[Description] then this values should be filtered on measure
