extracting from string list number/letter

hi, I need ideas how can I convert string by encoding if it contains Letters or numbers.
Ex string= whf45po7, would give (l-letter, n-number): lllnnlln.
Dax or M.
Thanks in advance

Hi @blazko

Please see the M Function code below.

(String as text) =>
let
    split = Splitter.SplitTextByRepeatedLengths(1),
    splitText = split(String),
    checks = List.Transform(splitText, each if Value.Is(Value.FromText( _ ), type number) then "n" else "l"),
    combine = Text.Combine(checks)
in
    combine
