expand and collapse option in matrix visual when connected with SSAS cube

Hello

 

I am not getting expand and collapse option (+/-) in matrix visual when connected with SSAS cube in powerbi desktop.

Anyone had faced the similar issue  or any other alternative ?

Hi @Kartic21 ,

Based on my test, it is not support in Power BI now. And here's a similar idea which you can vote it up.

Hi @Kartic21 ,

 

Take matrix and keep adding your fields as a Row as per your need. Then go to "Row Header" property and enable Icon option. (Refer below Screen shot)

Please take a quick glance at newly created dashboards : Restaurant Management Dashboard , HR Analytics Report , Hotel Management Report, Sales Analysis Report , Fortune 500 Companies Analysis , Revenue Tracking Dashboard

 

 

But i am still not getting the option when connected with SSAS multidimensonal cube.

 

Getting expand and collapse option only when connected with SQL and NOT with SSAS multidimensonal cube.
