como hago para que en vez del total general haga una comparacion entre 2 variables (ejecutado y presupuesto) de cada una de las medidas que tiene una matriz

Create a separate measure for the comparison that you want to do and add that measure to the matrix.

Then in the matrix formating turn column subtotals off.

for example in the report shown below the measure for the comparison is Variance =[Actual Revenue]-[Forecast Revenue]
