dynamic concatenate

I come here to ask for your help in a need for a project of mine, for that I'm going to put an example in the images of an excel spreadsheet but I want to do it in power bi, dax or m, what happens, I have some identifiers (Rfid) which shows me that all these destinations followed in the same vehicle, I need to concatenate the destinations in front of the lines as I painted in the example image, I have no idea how I would do it, and the order doesn't necessarily have to be from first throw to last , but it would be interesting if all the lines had the same value, thanks in advance for the help.

@NickolajJessen

I didn't know about this function, I found it very interesting and apparently simple, however my code is giving a calculation memory error, I believe that the base is not so heavy that it could guide me on where possibly I am going wrong, I added the image below .

obs: Codigo, the value that should inform which lines should be concatenated

I notied than you are not using FILTER, ALL, MAX as in the provided example. Did this appreoach not work for you?

Are you able to share are .pbix through dropbox or your preferred sharing service?

Thank you very much, I did some more tests and ended up managing to solve it through your example.
