Hi @Gokul,

In power BI desktop, You can only refresh the data manually, then the visuals could be refreshed. However you can publish the report ot service and set schedule refresh of that dataset. If the gateway is required for your data source, you should install and configure in advance. For more details, please check the online document. If any other question, feel free to let me know.
