drop list Slicer not working in App only working in report

Hi

I noticed this month, my drop down list slicer has stopped working.

It works within my report, however changes to a list when updated into the App

Does anyone know why this occured and how to resolve please?

Based on my test, the drop down feature works fine in app,see below:

Resolved by deleting reporting & unpublishing app.

Possibly not the most efficient way, as lost all the shares and roles previously assigned

@Anonymous , Browser app or mobile app. for Browser app - Check you are on the latest version. Clear cache and try again.

Hi @amitchandak  I am using a chrome broswer and have tried all the usual solutions i.e. try a different browser, go incogneto and refreshing the cache. and still having the problem.

I have also attempted the republish the report and update the app, which also didnt work 😞
