doughnut chart with specific details label

I want to know if its possible to display a specific value on detail label for a doughnut chart?
For example I want to construct below chart which display only the number of recruited people for projet X as detail label.

If not how can I build such a chart in power bi?

Currently, there's no such option in data label section which can allow user to select which label to be represented.
