dotted line border in all files

To help a friend, I opened up a friends power BI file on my laptop. It had a dotted line border. I finished helping him.......Now, all of my new files open with a dotted line square border. 

How can I get rid of this dotted line border? Please see pictures I attached.

Hey @bstevenlyew

This has to do with the new wallpaper functionality that was released last month. There isn't really a setting to turn this off, but if you change the Page Background transparency to less than 50%, the dotted line will go away.
