display values till current month-1

Hi,
I have a requirement where I need to display values till current month-1( if the month is march, I have to show all the values till feb including all the previous values). In this case, I have all the data in a single table with composit key(no unique values wrt any column)  and the challenge is I can't use any Time Intelligence function as there is no seperate date table available and is a live connection( no access to data model)
is there any way to acheive this requirement?

@Raki39 , One is a relative date slicer, if that can work

or create measure like

calculate([Measure], filter(Table, Table[Date] <=eomonth(today(),-1))
