I have decimal numbers in excel but Power BI is not showing decimal. I went to Power Query editor and made sure the column is decimal. Power query is showing decimal number but not power BI. Please see attached screenshots. Thank you very much.

Write a measure as Sal = sum(Data[Salary]) and format the measure as Decimal number.

Check the number of decimal places being used to display the Salary column. If it's set to 0 then the numbers will be rounded i.e. Mya's salary will be displayed as 2 rather than 1.5
