custom grouping bins in x axis so i can see month and year . replicate graph from other BI software

I need to replicate the followign visual in Power Bi. i am currently producing in spotfire ( see picture attached) but i need to replicate it in  power bi.

Is a custom grouping of month and then year in x axis. I have tried several tutorials and functions like the concatenate but is not working.

Can please someone help ?
