custom column in edit query

Hi

Example:

   table1                                                                    table 2

resource id  resource name                 off shore DM id   Onsite DM id

123                 abc                                    123 

456                 xyz                                                             456

Above two different tables table1 and table 2 combine with common columns like

table1.resourceid= table2.offshoreDM id

table1.resourceid= table2.onsiteDM id

How to write custom columns in edit query display the Off shore DM name and onsite DM name based on resource name.
