custom coloring based on values

i have the data of blood pressure of human data and i have to show the pressure variance in colors .

here even the highest and lowest pressure is red and closes to normal pressure is green . how i can show this color using custom values ?.

 

normal let's say : 80- 120  yellow

low   below 80  red

high   above 120

 

human1  189    

human2   99

human3   10

 

can you guide me here?

You need to add conditional formating, can be done in charts or tables:
