custom Index order - Calculated column

Hi

 

If someone could help me out how to create a calculated index column (DAX). I would like to use Cutoff date / Year Week as shown in the figure below.

 

I tried following ; Index2= RANKX(FILTER(Table;Table[cut_off]=EARLIER(Table[Cutoff];Table[cut_off];;ASC)

Try this column

 

Index =
RANKX ( Table, Table[CUTOFF],, ASC, DENSE )
