curent month and all months

Hi Team,

The seems to be simple but I am not able to solve it. Here it is

I need 2 buttons.

1. is to show completed months

2. to show data till date.

example:

If I press "Completed Months" button then data should show only completed months i.e is till last month

If I press "Current Month" button then data should show till date. i.e is from the begining to till date.

Hi

Managed to workout myself, I have created a slicer with current month and completed month and now everything depends on Slicer selection, Manager accepted it. I am happy.

You can create a column in your date table to calculate the current fullfilled month.

e.g. I use a filter to select a month:   Full month = IF(MONTH(TODAY())-1=Month[Month];"Current Reporting Period";Month[Month])

Then use the month in your YtD measure.
