create summary table , table visualisation based on selected value (no aggregation)

I am creating a financial summary table.

I am not able to use Table or Matrix to create even similar visulaizaiton, really need your suggestions and help

1. I have a formula table in Excel showing which 'value' i need to place in which place. (if use the filter, and the indexmatch in excel) I can create the table. no aggregation needed, there is only one number. here is the 'formula' table:

and we have 2 more extra filters (I use slices as page filter)

company ==AAAA
Date  ==2020-03-01

2. I have underline data

1. Any suggestion I can create this kind of table visualization directly?

2. any function can be use as indexmatch in powerBI?

3. i am thinking now, creating a summer table first (also would love to have your suggestion, which commond I can use in DAX to join 2 table then create a new table) and how to create this table? --I may can create 2 separate tables one for monthly one for YTD but not sure I can have then in the same table

4. if I am able to create this target joined table, how could I show it in visualization? (dashboard)

Thank you so much!

Hi, @Anonymous

Based on your description, I created data to reproduce your scenario.

Table:

Then you may create a matrix like below.
