create calculated column that averages the units sold by product.

VAR CurrentRowProduct = Data[Product]
VAR PerProductTable =
FILTER ( Data, Data[Product] = CurrentRowProduct )
RETURN
AVERAGEX ( PerProductTable, Data[Unit Sold] )
