create a power Bi report on top of HTML files as a source

Is there any possibility to create a power Bi report on top of HTML files as a source? If yes can you kindly share with me the reference document to create myself. I did R&D but i couldn't able to achieve the solution. So kindly help me on this. Thanks in advance.

Hi Parry2k,

Thanks for responding. What i am looking here is, as per my client request i need to create a report from .html file. My client shared with me .html file in email and asked me to create a report using that file as source. file contains some oracle database statistics. 

So i need help on is there any possiblity to create a report by using html file.
