create a measure invered linked to a slicer

Hi everyone!

 I have a slicer with given names, and a measure where i count how many of this names are in the table (Table A).

 But i need to edit that measure in order to do that the information given is the amount of names EXCEPT the selected in the slicer (Glasgow). 

Please i really need the help!
