cover the qty in a table

hi everybady , i need your help

if i have data in 2 the table A e B

TABLE 1

ITEMQTY
A1
B1
C3

TABLE 2

ITEMQTY 
A2X
B3Y
C5Z

  i need to create the table 3 like below to cover the qty  of the first item of table 1 until it finished the qty of the item A of table 2

Unfortunately, I am afraid it is not possible to get your expected table with Power BI.

      VAR __Qty = MINX(FILTER('TABLE 2', 'TABLE 2'[QTY] > EARLIER([QTY]),'TABLE 2'[QTY])
      RETURN MAXX(FILTER('TABLE 2', [QTY] = __Qty,[ unnamed column which is impossible ] )
  )
