eugeny, you are requesting a very broad question. We already told you that you can simply CALCULATE the total or COUNTROWS (I wrote you measure=COUNTROWS(table)) but we really can't help you without more detail
Not that much information, looks like a simple measure = Countrows (table) and then you apply your measure with your filters, but it's better if you explain with a little more detail
