convert year and weeknumber into date

Hi,

I have a dataset with booked hours per week per employee (to avoid too much records when per day) and a calendar table. In the first dataset I have columns BOOK_Year & BOOK_Week. I want to work with relative dates in my visuals, so my question is how I should change/relate the BOOK_year & BOOK_week to a date in that specific week, for instance the last day of that specific week.
