convert into thousands and lakhs

In my table data is getting displayed in International system (Million), I want it to get displayed in Indian system(lakhs,crore Ex: 10,50,600) however, how do i display data in indian system?

If I understood correctly,

You can Select the Field which you want to format. Then Go to Modeling > then you can play with Formatting section.
