connect my data base with power bi by using direct querry

hello , i use to connect power bi with data base by using the direct querry , after that i want to use the funcion 'TOTALYTD' but it tells me that the function 'DATESYTD' is not supported in DirectQuerry mode. Any idea that could help me .

Hi @asmagh,

 

Please enable Allow unrestricted measures in DirectQuery mode option under File -> Options and settings -> Options -> DirectQuery. Then, restart the Power BI desktop, you are allowed to use TOTALYTD function.
