I have the dataset in the below format and the result that i want is partially obtained as shown in screenshot 2 , the conditional formatting icons are not visible for color codes 2 & 3, am not sure where am going wrong.
Note: I had unpivoted 3 different date columns

@PhilipTreacy , i tried the same conditions still not working, the icons are visible only for color code 1
