Please i need your help , 

I want to create a new column with this statement : 

NewVintage =

Var test= CONCATENATE("<",VALUE(YEAR(TODAY()) - 4)) // <2019

return IF( Investee[LegalVintage] < YEAR(TODAY())- 4

, Investee[LegalVintage]

)

But i have the following error :

can you help me please ?
