comparison with the standard

Hello everyone! Please help in solving following tasks:

I want to display column 43 and 44, the percentage value from the column 45 in order to be able to compare

[percentage] is the distribution of work costs


the distribution of building 45 is the standard


I need to compare the percentage of each building with the standard (45)

Write this measure

 

=[total cost]/CALCULATE([total cost],'fact'[building]=45)
