@Gwen , why both middle/master table has many to many join.
If needed you can create a combinevalues (function) for manage and year on both facts and dimension table and try to create 1-M join single direction.
Also why the year has M-M , it should have distinct years.
Can you share a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

I'd like to suggest you take a look at the following link to use star schema to rebuild your table relationships. (you can create some dimension table with fact table uniuqe key and use them as the bridge to link tables)
