column chart from column values

Hi,  I have a table of data, example below.

 Employee 1Employee 2Employee 3Employee 4Employee 5
Jun-20100200160200170
Jul-2020018015020080
Aug-2010015015021030

I have a chart for each employee, that works fine.

 

I now want to create a chart showing the average for each employee.  

 

In excel, it would look like this.

This has now messed up my other charts. I rectified this by importing the data again, as a copy.  I was able to make the graph, sort of. but it groups all of the gars in the middle, with large gaps at either end. Also, it doesnt give me the employee names in the x axis.
