color mapping for a KPI

Hello Folks!

i created a color mapping for a KPI as showing in the screenshots and it's working only in month status not in quarter, please advise 

Note: average per quarter supoe to be in red color.

@Mohsen_2020 ,Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
