I am stuck in some where in my dashboarding when i got challenge i.e. i have to create a dashboard which compare two data (data of last year to this year data till now) if i am in profit the color of my graph showing the data should come in Green Color and if i face loss then it will come in Red Color and if their is no loss or profit than it should be in Pink Color.

According to your description, you want to dynamically change the color of column bars in a chart by comparing the value of last year and this year, right?
However, as I know, it is not supported to conditionally change the color of bars in PowerBI. It is allowed to manually setting different colors according to categories in axis under the format tab in data color option.
