change the order of the Legend

How can you change the order of a matrix column header when there is a year.  In this example in Power BI, 2017 automatically appears on the left side and 2018 on the right.  How can I make 2018 appear on the left side of 2017?

Based on my test, you could not refer to below link to custom order your column header:
