certification exam 70-778

Greeting teachers

Recently I obtained the "Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI" certification, the programming is done through the microsoft page, at a local training center. Fortunately I got the necessary score, that was the 6-12-2019 day.
Now when I enter the page to download the diploma, it does not show me any information

Does anyone know what I should do in these cases to get the printed certification?
or what line should I contact for support

any help would be welcome

When I completed that exam so I got that batch and Microsoft Certified professional certificate. You can see that in certificate section as mention in your screen shot.

there is no MCP certification in BI domain now

MCSA = 778 + 779 exams

And @az38 , I have only taken 70-778 exam and after that I got the certificate and on it its written Microsoft Certified Professional.

My happiness really tarnishes a little because I did not know that I would not be able to download the diploma of this achievement.
Recently I also obtained the mos 77-728 "microsoft office specialist expert excel 2016" but in the link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/microsoft-certified-professional.aspx indicates that the "mos" does not is applicable.
@az38 which official voucher can I download that indicates that the exam is passed satisfactorily?

exam 70-778 doesn't give you any certification

to complete certification to MCSA: BI Reporting you must take both exam 70-778 and 70-779

anyway, you have earned a Badge for succesfully taken exam. Congrats!
