card with Nominal/categorical colom

dear Friends,

i have situation here, its've been a week, that i've got confiusing, i have 1 column/ Variable, that contain 3 type of data, there are, Done, Ongoing & Prepare, so i planned to make a card for each Type. 1 card for count of "Done" , 1 card for count of "Ongoing" & 1 card for count of "Prepare".

please help me... what should i do?

Hi @hary4

 

You may create 3 measures to get the count.

Done = CALCULATE(COUNT(Table2[Variable]),Table2[Variable]="Done")
Ongoing = CALCULATE(COUNT(Table2[Variable]),Table2[Variable]="Ongoing")
Prepare= CALCULATE(COUNT(Table2[Variable]),Table2[Variable]="Prepare")

i tried the syntax that you Gave,

here is the result.

 

is it correct? 

is it basically create colomn named Done, Ongoing & Prepare ?
