cannot able to get data from cloud even my port is open

cannot able to get data from cloud even my port is open..checked in pgadmin ,,it is running perfect but not in power bi desktop as not able to connect the open port cloud server

Hi @Gokul,

1. Is it a cloud service or a DB hosted in the cloud machine? 

2. If it's a cloud service, it could only allow some IPs. You need to check it.

3. Where is it exactly? Azure, AWS?

4. Were there any error messages?

5. Can you connect to the PostgreSQL with other tools?

i made it with odbc ...Add the driver(if required) and set up the data source. Input your credentials and connect.
