can remove or custom the text manually for the chart in power bi?

Is there any way to change the text mannually on the highlighted and how to make the space of the bar small with wider bar?  

when I rename on the X and Y axis it show in the chart, 

I want to show only top header Forecast vs Actual

and Y axis as amount
