can Power BI create new column with aggregation based on groups?

Hi all, I have a question about the groupby/summarizecolumns question. I understand that we can perform groupby to new table. Suppose I have a table but I want the sum value to be added to the current table. For example, I have

A1
A2
B3
B4

I want a new column like:

A13
A23
B37
B47

is that possible?

Thank you very much

@sagdec12 , A new column

Column 3=  sumx(filter(Table, [Column1] = earlier([Column1]) ), [Column 2])
