i have created a new union table from several different tables and I need to know which records in my union atable come from each table.
I need to generate either:
-calculated column with data source name
-calculated column with source table name
Could comebody please help me?, thanks in advance. oscar

As @dedelman_clng said, you create calculated columns in different tables. For example, you create it in source1 table and source2 table.
Resource="resource1" Resource="resource2"
Then union the tables together including the "Resource" column.

Add another column on each of the source tables (probably named "source"), populate it on the source tables then union the tables together including the "source" column.
