Last 3 days =
VAR selectedDate =
    MAX ( 'Table'[Date] )
RETURN
    CALCULATE (
        SUM ( 'Table'[Sale amount] ),
        'Table'[Date] >= selectedDate - 3
            && 'Table'[Date] <= selectedDate
    )

You can adjust this measure to have 3, 5 or 7 days
