calculate and filter

hello everyone

I have two tables

1.work times.

2.cases from our CRM system

my trying to calculate the sum of the "work time" for each employ and divide it by the number of cases assigned to him. 

I have two questions

1. if I use calculate function how can I filter it for a single employ 
2. is it possible to create a measure from two different tables
